WARRANTY & FITTING INFORMATION

Turbocharger warranty is for 2 Years from the date of invoice limitless miles.

Turbocharger cartridge warranty is for 1 Year from date of invoice.

Please note that all turbochargers returned under warranty will be returned to you once the turbocharger is repaired.

If the Turbocharger or Cartridge is returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting a report will be given and charge for repair will be offered.

WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE/ COVER:

Money refunds

Labour costs

Ancillary charges such as removal and refitting/hire of vehicles etc.

Any damage caused to engine or vehicle by a failed turbocharger.

YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE INVALID IF:

You can’t support warranty claim with a valid main dealer purchase invoice for the following required parts:

Oil filter,

Air filter,

New oil,

Oil feed pipe,

Drain pipe,

Breather Assembly

Oil Pick up pipe in engine sump for (1.6 Hdi Engines)

You cannot provide an invoice from a professional garage/mechanic for fitting the parts mentioned above, as well as carrying out the following:

Intercooler must be removed and fully cleaned

EGR must be removed & fully cleaned

Exhaust must be cleaned if the previous turbo has leaked oil into exhaust.

Your turbocharger will have any visible impact damage. For example, if your turbocharger cartridge compressor wheel is damaged indicating a foreign object has passed through.

Your turbocharger cartridge housing and internal parts will be a blue colour or show signs of scouring. This is a symptom of overheating caused by lack of oil lubrication.

If turbocharger/ cartridge returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged contamination from other parts of the vehicle are not covered under the warranty i.e. dirty oil, carbon particles impacting the turbo.

If your turbocharger seals are broken unless you have prior permission from us to do so in writing.

If your vehicle ECU has been remapped to increase performance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

1. We happily adhere to the distance selling regulations giving our customers 14 days from receipt to return products for any reason for a refund as long as they are in unchanged condition, unused, never installed and in original packaging. Otherwise, a 25% restocking fees will be charged. Electrical parts cannot be returned in any case whatsoever.

2. All return requests must be submitted through your eBay account. If your order is faulty, incorrectly sent or any other issue you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of purchase for advice before returning the parcel. You will be expected to provide a detailed explanation of the issue within an eBay message. We will be unable to further process the return until we have received this.

3. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note this applies even where the product is listed with P&P as ‘free’. The cost of posting your order will be deducted from any refund!

4. For exchanges, if an item is purchased incorrectly, the buyer must return the item and pay for a reshipping fee in order to ship out a new item.

5. We aim to process returns within 48 business hours of receipt of the return, but please allow up to 7 days for any exchange/refund. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage. If any part is received back in an abused/neglected and or dirty state or with no regard to protect it during transit we will simply return the part back to you.
